Enable shortlisted for two Construction News Workforce Awards 2026

We are delighted to announce that Enable Group has been shortlisted for two awards at the Construction News Workforce Awards 2026: Sustainability Team of the Year and Social Value Initiative of the Year.
The CN Workforce Awards celebrate the people and organisations driving progress across the construction industry. This year saw 138 entries, up 17 per cent on last year, shortlisted across 22 categories and judged by an independent panel of industry leaders. To be recognised among them, alongside tier one contractors such as Balfour Beatty, Tilbury Douglas and Willmott Dixon, is a significant achievement for an SME.
Recognising our environmental and community impact
These nominations recognise our environmental achievements and the positive impact we deliver in our communities. They reflect the significant progress we have made to reduce our carbon emissions across our operations and projects, alongside delivering £22.7 million of independently verified social value. That impact has been created through responsible procurement, skills development, community engagement, wellbeing initiatives and environmental improvement.

Being shortlisted in both categories demonstrates how sustainability and social value are embedded within everything we do, rather than treated as an add-on.”

This recognition is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our colleagues, clients and supply chain partners. It belongs to everyone who has played a part in making responsible, community-focused delivery central to how Enable operates.
Winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony on 3 November 2026 at the Hilton London Bankside. We look forward to celebrating alongside the industry’s best, and we wish the very best of luck to all those shortlisted.
